FAQ

Questions, answered

The things people ask before their first session.

No. Plenty of people book their first session with zero experience. If it's your first session, I'll take you through how a reformer bed works: the straps, the carriage, the springs, and how to get on and off.

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. For clothes, wear something you feel comfortable in but can move freely in. Gym wear is usually best, and anything not too baggy is perfect. For reformer sessions grippy socks are recommended, and if you don't have a pair we have them at the studio.

Yes, of course. My online coaching is built exactly for this. You get a programme written specifically for you, tailored around your schedule, your ability and the equipment you can get to. Whether you're at home or training in a gym, I'll create a personalised plan with weekly reviews to make sure you're seeing the results you're after.

More about online coaching

We allow cancellations up to 24 hours before a session or class. Inside those 24 hours the space will be charged, because late cancellations make it harder for others to join.

We use Gymcatch for all our bookings. It's a free app and website, and signing up is quick and easy. Head to the timetable, pick your slot and book in a couple of taps. You'll need to agree to a waiver before your first class. For a first 1:1 Reformer or Personal Training session, book a free consultation call through Gymcatch first, so we can talk through what you're after before anything else is booked.
