Small group class

Strength classes in Virginia Water

Six people. 45 minutes. The big lifts, done well.

The big lifts, coached properly

Squat, hinge, press, pull. These are the movements that actually change how strong you are, and the ones most people have never been taught to do well. This class is built around them.

Six people, no more. That cap is the whole point: small enough that every rep gets watched and every correction lands on the person who needs it. You'll be shown the pattern, loaded to where you are today, and moved up when your form says you're ready, not when the programme says so.

Forty five minutes is enough to do this properly. Come once a week as the strength day alongside your reformer or mat work, or make it the session the rest of your week is built around.

Getting started

How it starts

  1. Book onto a class

Six spots a session, so they go. Pick a time that fits your week and save yours.

  2. Learn the lift

Every lift gets taught before it gets loaded. Start light, start right. Experience isn't a requirement.

  3. Add the weight

Once the movement holds up, the load goes up. That's where the strength comes from.
